Product updates: revamped feedback forms, new integrations & more

Nicole Thorson Product

As we continue to develop solutions to better serve our customers, we're thrilled to share some of our latest product updates. From fine-tuning existing features to introducing new ones and announcing integrations, we have exciting developments in the pipeline!

Our latest release is all about feedback forms. We know how important they are to the recruitment process and we want to make them as easy to use, submit, and share.

Here's what's new:

Drag-and-drop questions

We’ve added drag-and-drop functionality to feedback form questions. Now you can arrange and reorder questions easier than ever.

Drag and drop

Group and categorize questions

Organize feedback forms by grouping questions into sections and categories. Add custom titles to each section—whether by topic, team, or category—to create clearer, more structured forms.

Categorize questions

Save questions to your library

Save frequently used questions to your library for easy access and reuse. Quickly add your most common questions to new forms, so you don’t have to start from scratch.

Save faq

Option to deactivate (instead of deleting) feedback forms

Rather than deleting feedback forms, you can now "deactivate" them. Unlike deleting, deactivating will remove a form from your library while keeping candidate responses.

Other product news & updates

  • Apply with LinkedIn Candidates can now use their LinkedIn profiles to autofill applications, making it easier than ever to apply. Read more about our all our LinkedIn integrations
