Is Jobylon’s use of AI compliant with the EU AI Act?
We closely monitor legal developments when it comes to AI regulation and governance, including the EU AI Act. While the Act will be enforced starting in 2026, we have begun evaluating how our AI features comply, particularly with Annex III, which classifies certain AI recruitment use cases as high-risk.
How does Jobylon protect against discrimination or bias when using AI?
A concern for mitigating bias and discrimination is a major factor in our choice of hosting server and LLM. Anthropic models, for example, undergo thorough evaluation to ensure they minimize bias, and our platform gives users control over the prompts to further reduce risk.
Is customer or candidate data used to train AI?
No. The LLM does not store customer or candidate data and is not trained on its inputs or outputs.
